    My DeLorean is going to be on "Car Fix"

    Here are some pictures of the filming of my car for the show "Car Fix"

    They are adding new Carpet, Sound Deadening material and a Back Up Camera.

    Filming finished Thursday and the show is scheduled to air Saturday 4/13 on the Motor Trend Channel.

    Im sure that it smells much better now that old foam and asphalt tar paper-like crap is out of there!

    They removed the wooden wall behind the seats but not the center console? I replaced my wood because it got wet on the bottom from Harvey flooding and when I put it back I bolted through the fiberglass. Not a big deal; hardest part is getting the old one off because of all the glue and getting the beveled edges done right to conform to the shape of the corners. I don't see any reason to have removed it for sound deadening though.

    Have you driven it yet? Notice much difference? Looks like it would have been very $$ if you had to pay for it.

    I noticed your tires. I am familiar with the brand but what sizes are you running? Looks like a larger front(which looks good!)
