    Dashboard corners low?

Can anyone tell me if it looks like my dashboard corners are too low, or are the a-pillar trims too high?
I seem to have a large gap between the dash and the pillar, so I thought I'd ask before I start taking the dash out.
I'm working my way through the interior of my car as it looks like all of the panels have been removed at some point, but not put back in quite right. The centre console for example was wonky but it may be that the heater panel is not straight.

    Thanks in advance!

    It's annoying isn't it!
I have noticed that my car has aftermarket speakers, I wonder if these could be weighing the corners down?
The gap is messing with my OCD!

From the pictures it looks like the dash is OK if you look at it in relation to the windscreen. It would appear the "A" pillar trim is not seated all the way down. They get warped so you may have to straighten them to get them to fit nice.

What's the top of those A-pillars look like? Assuming they aren't all the way down, you would think they are also sticking up a little too much at the top too.

My A Pillers are original and to make flush would have to bend the btm. flat part downward 1/4" to meet dash. Tops look like they belong there.
