Just a little update on the next batch (V1.34). I've finally tested a new way to get the surface quality closer to that of the original switch. Here's the comparison, from left to right: current design (V1.33), OEM switch and V1.34 (chemically polished).

The new post processing method, apart from being pretty expensive, causes a couple of new issues, like some strange distorsions of the critical geometry of the part, disappearing edges etc. Another redesign is needed to compensate those effects.

That looks great, sign me up for one without the illuminated mirror graphic.

The 1.34 batch is coming (7 stock and 3 illuminated switches) - availability is expected in CW8. I think I can't get any closer to stock look using industrial grade 3D printing technology (the surface is almost uniform now).
