No it doesn't. It "raises" the question.

That said, I would want the car to be kept in the family.

Veering OT, but when I am dead and gone I have left instructions that each son of mine (I have 2) may inherit one car each. That is if they have the interest to keep the DeLoreans. Who knows, bc they are only ages 3 and 5. If not, I hope my wife will seek the help of others in the community to get fair market value for the cars, parts, memorabilia, etc.

Yeah, I thought about the family thing... I think I need to communicate that keeping or selling my cars are equal options in that event. If they want to keep one or all doesn't matter to me, so long as it is their choice.
A can of worms doesn't open itself.

Using Spittybug's Lifebridge card, I left instructions for my wife for all of my valuables and "collectables". The DeLorean is to be sent to DMCMW for consignment sale.

I also used the card to catergorize everything with pictures(like my guns and watches) and assigned very conservative dollar estimates denoting bottom dollar for each item should she want to sell them. This way nobody will come along and steal anything for .10 cents on the dollar. With the 3 mil. she won in the lotto she can take the money from the DeLorean sale and "blow it all on hats".
