Lenny's Car on Car Fix this Saturday

My car will be featured on Car Fix this Saturday. It's on the Motor Trend channel 11:00 AM EDT.

They remove the carpet and all insulation. They replaced it with Dynamat and Dynapad.

My car has headers so you still hear them, not as loud though. All the road and engine noise is gone. really made a big difference.

    Thanks,

I had original DMC Houston but the powder coat was comming off. Just at that time DPI had a group buy and I ordered a pair of the stainless headers. I then had them ceramic coated to cut down heat in the engine bay.
    Thanks,
    Lenny

I guess I should have added the 38 year old smell is gone. It's a DeLorean thing I don't know how else to describe it.
    Thanks,
    Lenny

Seems to be that original carpet pad that's used as a sound deadener. I ripped out and replaced the carpet pad / rubber on my parcel shelf and noticed the "old car" smell is significantly diminished.
