This got off topic but here is a good articular on the EVAP system in the Camry. Interesting they put the fuel pump pressure regulator in with the fuel pump so no return line is needed.

I looked up Delphi FG0089 on RockAuto. It's says the max pressure is 109 PSI. I've been using the ACDelco MU1777 which looks like the same pump. Both are from a 1999 Chevy Tahoe.
