Has anyone bought the bumpers from DeLorean? I am wondering about the quality of the NOS parts
would anyone have a front and rear set in excellent condition for sale?

Assuming you mean Fascia (aka bumper covers on other cars) the fronts are reproduction Fiberglass (they need to be fitted, then removed and painted) and the rears are still NOS. The rears are imperfect i.e. expect to have some blemishes and potentially need to be repainted as well.
Honestly don't mess with used ones, unless a screaming deal, and you verify condition in person, they are probably warped, damaged etc.. In other words they will be no better than the ones on your car unless you just had an accident.
These statements are also shown on the applicable parts page on the DMCH website.

I have the reproduction fiberglass front Fascia. It is a very nice piece. It does require professional installation, unless you are good with body work. It will never warp or shrink. The only down side is since there is no flex, replacing the headlights now requires the removal of the fascia.

Such a stupid ass design... how hard is it to mold in a recess for a screwdriver . That is why I didn't purchase one.

Wasnt heat shrunk and it was nice to see some no kidding origional Paint that hadn't been faded due to the sun. I am still running mine unpainted because it was a significant improvment on my car but it will need painted I just havent had time to pull the fascias and send them to the painter ter. Prolly this winter.
