A friend suggested I add a Finder's Fee for anyone that brings me a bona fide buyer. Seems like a good idea, therefore I offer a 1% 'commission' on the final completed sales price to anyone that brings me a buyer that confirms you as the 'finder'.
Our house design for the new place in Hill country is essentially complete and we hope to break ground in August! My wife's hip replacement is in a couple of weeks and it would make my life materially simpler if I could find a new home for the Delorean.....

Very pleased to report that down payment has been made on the car and is therefore no longer offered for sale.
Equally pleased to say it is going to someone from these boards and therefore 'not a stranger'. More details if/when buyer wishes to disclose.
