I have had mine for 12 years. Spent five years stock, then five years with EFI/cams/exhaust, and is now LS-swapped.

32 years, 159,000 miles, 3rd engine, 2nd tranny, 2nd radiator,
2nd frame, no dents and same angle drive....
I bought mine on Halloween 2008 so that puts me at around 10 1/2 years. Picking up the car was a 500 mile drive home from Sandusky, Ohio to Appleton, Wisconsin and I just missed the first snow storm of the season. The next day we got 12+ inches of snow so I made it back just in time. Then I had to wait another 6 months until spring before I could drive it again.
Here's one of the first pictures I took after it made it home safely to my garage:
And a more recent photo after lowering springs, suspension refresh, and other chassis related work.

18 years, bought from original owner in 2001 with 45K miles. Took it to Memphis DCS, then sat in my uncle's barn and parent's garage for 12 years. Complete restoration with new SS frame at DMCMW in 2015-2016. Now has 51K miles and counting.

21 years since my first purchase. Time has flown by. Nothing as exciting as the first one though. Was glad to have met the maker at DCS 2000. Probably not done buying these cars.
10.5 years....before I sold 1669 to a neighbor and started a 2nd restoration of the 'other DeLorean' (66 GTO, had it for 34 years).
