    It's a seat belt anchor point. The plastic cover (P/N 106915) is missing.

    So... I got the black plastic covers.... I don’t know how to attach them. I thought they would just clamp on.

    In my car they were just glued on those metal bushings.

    Use black RTV so that if needed you can pry it loose for maintenance purposes later on. Glue is kind of permanent.

    According to the DMC Houston site, in the product description they say to use black weatherstripping adhesive when installing this cap.
