Any Nashville Delorean owners out there?

    Hi there!

My girlfriend and I are moving to Nashville soon, and I noticed that there seems to be a lack of Delorean action around that area according to my Google searches. I'm hoping to buy a Delorean in the near-future, and I'm wondering if there are any owners to connect with out that way, or if there aren't any Delorean owners out that way--is there a reason?

    Thanks!

I know of at least 4 in the Nashville area itself. I’m not too far away from Nashville myself in Jackson, TN. (about 130 miles west of Nashville)

Awesome, that’s encouraging. Are there any meetups that you, or them, are a part of?

Some of the things I’m trying to figure out are: are there any shops that can handle working on Deloreans out in Tennessee? do you work on your own? Is Tennessee a good climate for Deloreans?

My hope is to have a D within the next year or so and it’d be cool to know other owners and the classic car community

Any tips on groups or people to reach out to? Thanks!

I am on the opposite end in upper east TN. I swear I think I am the only guy within a 100 mile radius that drives a DeLorean.

It would be great if we could all get together sometime and have a TN Get-Together.

We also have Southeastern Delorean Owners Club (SEDOC) in our region. Though I have not went down for a tech session in many years, there are normally one or two tech sessions hosted around the Atlanta area every year.

I spoke with you over on Reddit. I've got #3294 here in Lebanon.

Like I said over there, Justin has one in Hendersonville, Daniel has one down towards Columbia / Spring Hill, and there's a guy in Hartsville that has one too, but I've never seen his drivable.

There used to be one in Gordonsville that was for sale in a front yard on Main Street. The owner died and the car disappeared.

We should all get together one Saturday morning and crash Cars & Coffee in Cool Springs.
