Nice. A mid engined Corvette has been anticipated/ rumored for years. Glad that Chevrolet finally took the design risk.
Although definitely exotic looking, to me, it seems like they borrowed heavily from Lamborgini Aventador and the current Camaro for the exterior design cues. But, it will give Chevrolet a solid platform to use in racing pursuits, and for future sales to a new demographic.
It will be interesting to see what effect this radical new car has on used C7 cars.
By the way, the actual reveal starts at 18:50 for those who don't have a hour to spare.

Not a fan at all. Forget the HP numbers, weight, etc...

I think that the exterior will grow on me, but man... That interior is a visual mess.

I'm highly anticipating the Zebra Corner parody video of the product launch.

My question is, will the transmission of this Vette fit in a Delorean? If so who will be the first to do so?

Absolutely not. They are not small transmissions.

From some angles it looks good, albeit a Ferrari copy; from others it looks like a kit car.
And that interior!! Like three separate designers did it without communication with each other. Who thought a 6 foot long row of switches was a good idea ?
Still as a HP/$ value it’s impossible to beat.

I don't always drive cars, but when I do, I prefer DeLoreans

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"
