How to remove lens/bezel from binnacle?

I would appreciate any advice on removing the lens/bezel from the binnacle? Also, how do you remove the trip/reset post from the lens? I'm in the process of restoring the binnacle and can't figure it out. Thanks...

Once you remove the instrument cluster it is easy. Refer to 3-6-6 in your Parts Manual.

Yes, once the binnacle is out it becomes more obvious how it separates.

Thanks guys, that was easy. Although, it looks kind of sketchy to remove the black bezel without breaking it, so I'm just going to mask it off really good with tape before repainting.

What some have done is the clear plastic gets scratched up so they polish it with plastic cleaner/polish. If you don't have any handy, toothpaste can do a good job. Be really careful with the trip reset lever. It breaks off easily.
