Thank you for looking at my 1981 DeLorean DMC-12. The car is in great working order with an Automatic transmission and Stage II performance upgrade by DMC. This one isn’t just a masterpiece- you can drive it!

This car has been featured in numerous music videos and driven by country music superstar Blake Shelton on the hit television show The Voice. Its Stage II engine was purchased from WILL.I.AM at West Coast Customs as they transformed the musician’s DeLorean into his futuristic version of the car. The car also comes with an after-market exhaust system from DPI.

This vehicle has a clean CarFax & Auto Check report showing NO ACCIDENTS and has never been owned or registered outside of California. The car was previously owned by non-smokers. Exceptionally nice body and interior with desirable gas flap hood. Interior and exterior are clean and well maintained. All service professionally performed, the Automatic transmission shifts smoothly and it drives very well. The AC is cold and the battery is new.

Very clean! Did they still install gas flap hoods in August 81?

They installed gas flaps through around VIN 3200, so the answer is yes. This car was probably within just a couple of days from getting the grooved, non gas flap hood. They were ramping production up to 80 cars a day from 50 around this time as well.
