I do plan to take them off now and make spacers!
If Your issue is squeaky bushings. It’s not the UCA bushings. It’s the ARB bushings that are the usual source of squeaking. I would recommend the poly bushing kit from DPNW, but other Vendors offer there own version of this upgrade kit too. Of course you can always go with NOS too.
Which are ARB? the roll bar? this has been upgraded to poly bushings already if so?
I found stock type bushings from delorean industries for the upper control arm. I have a stainless type upper control arm and I know typically you have to replace the whole control arm but in this case it isn't practical!

Find out whose stainless arms you have and contact them for input on changing the bushings (I'm not aware of anyone other than DPI selling stainless ones so you might start there). From what I understand, uppers don't go bad all that often especially if you have stainless arms, meaning they're not 30+ year old parts. ARB = Anti Roll Bar. Link to the parts are below.

I believe he is working with an older pearce frame configuration.

that is correct! Pierce from my understanding. And I bought the bushings from you!
The bushings are cracked rubber and squeak at the slightest movement
