It would be nice if you would start your own thread instead if using mine.

Attachment 64459Attachment 64459Attachment 64460 Here is a side marker flasher that I designed years ago for Chevy’s and Ford’s. Don’t know if it will work on a DeLorean so someone out there will have to let me know. Only uses (2) automotive relays and (1) 1n4007 diode. I would seal thr relays with rtv silicone if they are not sealed. Cheers! -DS

This flashes in sequence with your blinker when you turn it on. Looks great at night. -DS

Oops, I meant a 1N4002 diode like it shows on the print. I also used Panasonic miniature automotive relays but they are kind of expensive. A ny good relay will work as long as it’s a 12 volt relay with at least 2 amp contacts. -DS

Using two relays to run a side marker is pretty terrible circuit design and clunky.
If you are using incandecents having flashing side markers is as easy as wiring the lights in series.
With LEDs its a little more challenging but a member here makes modules to make this possible. They are very affordable.

You are right. Wiring the lights in series would do the trick. I think with the LED’s all you really need is one diode.

Attachment 64466Here’s a better ‘clunky’ version that will work on LED or incandescent bulbs. Just one relay and a little wiring.BooYah! -DS
