OK I just re read this thread after someone linked to it in another post. You really did right by that car. Of all the cars for sale right now this should be at the top of anyone's prospect list.

I seriously think you could get a lot more $$(at the very least expedite the sale process) if you spent an afternoon cleaning the frame and undercarriage.

I probably should note I've been a mechanic for around 31 years, I would love to keep this car, but I believe it would be in better hands with a collector. I would pretty much have to daily driver this and sell my Vette.
I don't want it butched up in anyway as it is pretty exceptional as is.
Just kind of wondering what would do the car more justice!
I get the whole pride of ownership, and yes I am not going to own it for long, however I dam sure want to enjoy it for the time I do own it.

I would add cleaning the fuel tank and new filter to that list bud if you havent
