    Sketchmonkey modernizes/redesigns the DeLorean design

I often wonder what the DeLorean would look like today had they stayed in production. This YouTube by SketchMonkey provides one person's idea for a modern design: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2bkrOgzUWQQ

That actually makes the Pontiac Aztec look good and now after seeing that, I will go pleasure myself to images of a 1st gen Prius.

Or the current Prius, which somehow managed to outdo the ugliness of the previous generation.

Why do people always try to reimagine perfection? The car is timeless. They want to make it look like any other modern car, which is trash PPPFFFFTTTT
    - OCT81 DeLorean DMC-12 Vin 5312 "DeLores"
    - 1978 Lotus Esprit S2 "Problem Child"
    - 1995 Mazda Miata Turbo "Happy Daily Driver"

I repair Lotus's with DeLorean parts

The Aztec was so homely that it was attractive! Besides ... it cleans up well:

Ageed.... that's fucked. Leave the original alone - it's tight. What would Giugiaro say?

I don't know what Giugiaro would say. I'm just relieved to hear I'm not the only one who gets sexual pleasure from a Prius.

I'm more curious to hear/see what Giugiaro would produce if tasked to update it.

I think the DeLorean design is great but needed tweaking. I never loved how the front facia and air dam worked out. Makes it look nose high (which mine was originally). I prefer the BMW M1 design from that era.

    That's awful.

I want a Giugiaro version that's even wedgier with redesigned headlights/grille or front fascia.
