Looking to Purchase: Price Range $17-$20K

I am in the market for a DeLorean within the price range of $17 to $20 thousand. Although I know the market has changed within the past several years I hope I am still able to find a starter vehicle within this price range and would appreciate any leads. I live within the Denver area and would like to find a vehicle within the surrounding states as to view the vehicle in person before purchasing. I know with this price range I will not be able to purchase a pristine condition vehicle but hope to be able to find a decent project car. I would prefer a vehicle which is currently operable or running as to be able to enjoy it while working on it. I would also prefer it to be automatic as well as unpainted although I would be open to purchasing a manual.
