    Front Brake Calipers Used.

Just checking if anyone had a working set of front brake calipers that were pulled after an upgrade.

My rear rebuild from years ago is fine, but the fronts that I just rebuilt are leaking.
I removed to much of the bore to get a good tight seal.
I know DeloreanGo has a set for $280 or upgrade for an extra $170 to vented fronts.

Just figured I check if anyone had a set they would let go on the cheap cheap first.

    Thanks,

I'll be upgrading my brake system in the next few months. Once I do the swap, I'll be selling a complete OEM brake setup.

    $.02

    Are you sure?
If the bore is way too large, the piston may bind/hang...but, the sealing is at the bore's groove and the piston, i.e., none with the bore.
Maybe check for a pinched/cut/?? o-ring seal or scared/pitted/?? piston.

    Idiot confession time:

While cleaning these I forgot about them for over two weeks.
I was fucking stupid and left them in vinegar bath. (Which I normally do for 12-24 hours max to remove surface rust on parts.)
I'm fairly sure this has eaten the groove beyond making a good seal.
Every other pedal press I get a drop or two of fluid from each of the four pistons.
It's simple safer to replace them.
Not the worst dumb thing I've done, but certainly up there.
