    Shipping the car to Ireland

    Hello everyone,

We are interested in attending the next Eurofest. We are curious if anyone here has experience with shipping their car overseas to Ireland and what shipping company you have used and roughly how much it can cost?

I haven't done it nor have I heard of anybody who has done it.

While we await any better answer here you can search online for 'international auto shipment' to get some leads including this one which has a quote-inquiry function that happens to have DeLorean within one of its pulldown menus. https://www.shipoverseas.com/ Try the Get Quote button on their page.

There's some discussion in this thread: http://dmctalk.org/showthread.php?16...ight=Logistics

One member is looking into a group discount if enough people are interested in shipping their cars over.

I have heard good feedback on the attached freight company for IRL-USA/ USA-IRL vehicle moves.

I was talking with Lynch this morning about a vintage tractor I need to ship from IRL to USA. They seem like a competent company and probably worth a call if you want your D at the festivities next year. Shipping costs are cheaper that I thought.
