    Hood Seal

I was going to glue my hood seal, since it was falling off in spots, and noticed that some of it was crumbling, splitting, etc...well they show as not available on DMCH
site, so I was wondering if someone had a good suggestion of something I can get to replace it?

Also, any suggestions on buffer/seal on the fender to cover the bolts?

    Thanks.

We extrude high tolerance profiles of this gasket in small batches. Instead of making 2500 feet at a time with the material on the shelf aging you are always getting a seal six months or less in age when ordering. Same with all of our other gaskets minus marker lens seals which we stamp in quantity.

I’ve purchased some of DPI’s seals. They are excellent and have a very high quality feel to them. As with anything else, you can not go wrong with anything DPI sells.

Yeah, I bought my sunvisor mount plates and was quite happy with them.

I got my hood seal from DPI...wondering which way do I put the overhanging rubber? Over the raised part of the hood, or does it matter?
