ATF Recommendation

I'm trying to make an informed decision on a Dex III compatible fluid.

I think it may come down to these 2 items I can get locally.

Blue bottle says compatible with Dex III right on the front label, so I thought this would be a valid choice.

Any thoughts?

Any fluid marked Dexron 6 is backward compatible with all previous versions of Dexron.
