brake master cylinder

hey all, was wondering what I can use to replace the stock brake master cylinder with something readily available at a local parts store if i can't get vendor parts? Going to Mississippi to get the car but unsure if the master cylinder is going to make it. Or is anyone in the Mississippi/Alabama or Tennessee area that has an extra brake master cylinder?
