    Fitting footwell lighting

I would like to tap into the courtesy light wiring and I’ve read the loom goes up the passenger side.

How easy is it to access that loom?

    Thanks

Using a couple of piggyback crimps pickup the +12v from the glove box light, and the switched earth at the blue diode behind the hvac panel.

Thanks. I picked up both by the glovebox.

I see Recaro seats... can you discuss them a bit?

I purchased them a few years ago from a guy in Europe. At that stage he was called Recaro Max on Facebook.I know a guy in the US brought a set because that’s where I first saw them on a post he made. Other than my own set I don’t think anyone else purchased them. I don’t know which vehicle they originally came from. Even though I’m using the same seat tracks we had to make brackets to allow the mounting holes to line up.
