I hear from a number of people that they make a good product. However, since the pandemic, no one answers the phone. I rather not pay for covers from Delorean direct unless I have no other choice.

A few weeks late to reply but try emailing them. I know several people who have contacted them and have purchased from them since January (not DeLorean owners). They do however have a slow turnaround at this time.

I decided to just order some black covers and see what happened. I placed my order on 3/28, and I just got my tracking number today.
So, they're still in business.
