I probably owe everyone an apology for something. They probably owe me one too. Well just call it even. I'll still buy em a drink when I meet him.

Nice evasion. Anyway, I don't drink.

    LOL...so you haven't a clue why??

I drink mostly on special occasions -- "Probably" doesn't quite make it.

Hmmm, OK, I'll bite. Who was the first person to make a snarky remark? Have to go back and look.

    Ah, yes, it was:

    1. "Well the early advice was spectacularly bad or and/or nonsensical". In that same paragraph he also insults David T by suggesting he doesn't know how to spell concours.

    2. Then in a future post he suggests that I don't know the meaning of concours. But in his very definition it says "original condition". Which to most people means stock.

Number 1, he could have left out that entire paragraph and would have not changed his advice to the OP.
Let's make something clear, just because a word is spelled wrong doesn't mean the person posting it doesn't know how to spell it. I often type quickly and miss type or the automatic spell checker changes to a incorrect word. As I said, this is not a English forum and perfect spelling/grammar is not important. If you were to scrutinize all the posts on this site, you would find a large amount of mistakes in English. (From everybody)

Number 2, this intire post was simple to insult me or other people when he knows full well that everybody on this site knows what concours is. If you are a car guy, you know the basic definition. You might not know that it has a 400 point system, but you know it means "extreme stock".

So, no, I don't have a clue why I should apologize.

Let what go? He asked a question. Be kind of rude to not answer.
