    DeLorean Power Record - 522whp

Posted this on my social media, never got the chance to post here.
In august I dyno'd my car with this years modifications.

    5.3 LS4, LSA supercharger @ 11 psi
    10:1 cr, LS9 cam, 2.5" exhaust.

    Made 522whp / 482 lb-ft.

It was making much more torque (saw a peak of 550 lb-ft) but pulled timing out to save the transaxle (Porsche G96 w/ wavetrac LSD)

Car drives very well and has not lost its function as a daily driver (power steering, cruise, AC). Have put 10,000kms on in the last 3.5 months.

Stinger engine mod is impressive but your engine bay is a clear winner for uncluttered perfection!

haha I didnt notice he was in the picture until you mentioned it. The friend that owns the dyno (on his farm) had the kids out cause they wanted to see the car. It was a fun night.

I dont keep much for a detailed build, but I put the highlights on my instagram, and of course it spills over to Facebook where we are the best of friends. @lsdelorean

Thanks Nick, Ron, Michael, and Dennis.

I try my best to have a clean engine bay, i feel there still is work to be done. I still have some plans to make it more minimalistic.

That installation looks super clean. Unbelievable power numbers you're making with that setup too. Do you have a link to any videos or more pics of the build process?

OMG, Josh. That looks beyond perfection. Your new wheels look really good too.

For me it's the opposite. I have a video of my dyno run but forgot to ask the dyno shop for a print-out before we left. I called and emailed later but for whatever reason they were unable to retrieve it...

Again, a mind-blowingly good job, Josh

Very impressive! Will a stock engine cover fit? Is it much louder than stock?

I'm going to take a wild guess and say.... yes - 5X the stock hp is a little bit louder.

Congrats Josh, this is a thing of beauty. Also the commitment to a clean engine bay continues to impress. Building a custom wiring harness to allow you to route your wiring under the supercharger sets a new bar for sure.
