Seems that we are now part of the "Classic DMC" world of the new company.

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"

Wow, I was so off base. DMC didn't merge with another manufacturer to slap their badge on someone else's car. They sold their interest to another manufacturer. So Karma will buy the DeLorean name to use on their car.

In a sense, DMC will not be taking credit for making a car, Karma will be doing the slapping and calling their car a DMC. Am I understanding that correctly?

The article has been amended, DMC is NOT working with Karma, both of these people used to work at Karma (according to De Vries' Linkedin profile he also worked at Tesla briefly). VERY relieved, one of my old bosses works at Karma, any company that would hire him..

"Editor's note: The LinkedIn pages of the two former Karma Automotive executives suggested they were still connected to the company when this article was originally published. The author assumed Karma was associated with DeLorean Motors Reimagined, which was not true. Their LinkedIn pages are now updated and this article is also fixed. The author apologizes for the mistake."
