I may get another switcher to add an unlock function. I leave the fob in the glove box.

My VIN:    Banged your VIN'S mom

I have the same type remote on my door launchers but I have to hold the button down for like 1 or 2 seconds before they open. I never really liked that, but I thought it was to prevent accidental presses when the fob was in your pocket. Yours are instant, now I wonder if there is a setting for the delay?

I had Bluetooth wired up to my locking system and door launchers for years, but ended up removing it during a wiring cleanup. It was a nice gimmick, but more often than not I had to wait by the car longer than I wanted for the Bluetooth to connect. The keyfob remote works much faster, in my experience. But it WAS cool to open the DeLorean from my AppleWatch or iPhone.

That's why I went this route, zero wiring, and no lag.

Has anyone done the DLock from DeLoreanGo and if so how did the install go? Also, are there any other good pre-fab solutions out there?
