Finally got my first prototype board in. Assembled it. Found a couple of minor mistakes. Gauges all work and so the warning lights.
Here is photo of it being tested.

Nice! Has that mid 80s look to boot.
Will this be a plug and play project? Are the colors and brightness selectable?

Fascinating. Not quite what I'd imagined when I read digital dash. Very cool project!

The colors available are Red, Blue, Green and White.
The displays dim when your Low Beam or High Beam headlights are on.
I am hoping to make it plug and play as much as possible, where you plug in the original wiring plugs to my board.
There will be a additional 3 wire connector to the new speedometer sender. Also you have to change the Oil Pressure Sender and Temperature Sender.
You will also have to add my Battery Light Unit to be able to use the led in the dash and maintain functionality for the alternator.
There will be a new dash housing that will have the same outside measurements and mounting as the original dash housing so it fits into the binnacle with any modification.

Looking great. Looking forward to seeing it packaged up, but you clearly are on your way.
Awesome! I would love a plug-n-play solution like that. Great work.
