    thats what it pulling. jumped ostat and connected to one fan and this was the reading... not sure i did that right.. still learning...

    I see a sine wave symbol so you may have it set for AC current. Each low power fan draws 7 to 10 amps. OEM fans draw more so your 10 amp scale will not work if you are testing the feed to both fans. So your reading of 0.22 amps is not correct.

    That looks like one low power fan. Note your meter and test leads drop a little voltage. If your engine was running it should read higher.

    Don't try to read the current of both fans (the drive of the fan relay to the fan fail), it will blow a fuse in the meter.
