What gear are they dyno test with? I would guess that could make a difference.

    4th gear, as it's closest to a 1:1 ratio.

Here's mine. Note that the car isn't quite right at the moment as I'm getting 4000+ HCs through a gas analyser. Should be down at 6-700ish with my spec.

    Max BHP (flywheel): 160.0 @ 5800rpm
    Max BHP (road): 126.5 @5800rpm
    Max torque: 203lb/ft @2300rpm

    Spec:
    B28E engine(lifted from a 1984 UK Volvo 760)
    UK stainless exhaust
    Reprofiled cams (fast-road spec)

Will be putting it back on the dyno once I've sorted the HCs issue. Have checked pretty much everything bar a vacuum leak, so that's next to look at.

What brand of dyno did you use? Is the TQ measurement at the wheels or on an engine dyno? I'm curious how that engine has so much more torque....

Also for reference, doing it in an automatic was a bit difficult. We tried to do it in second gear but the shift from first to second started this oscillation in the dyno causing the car and the dyno to fight back and forth.

In the end, the test was done first gear with the shifter all the way back in first. (and since it was an early vin automatic, I had to disassemble the console to get the shifter into first)

Dont necessarily remember the torque but I remember it being crap.

Wow, gas analyzer. Your working with a high tech test group. I see your chart shows the test was done in third gear.
