    DeLorean Facts and Myths

I am participating in a car show this weekend. I won?t be there all day to enjoy stupid DeLorean comments or to correct inaccurate information. I was thinking of leaving a binder with some Frequently Asked Questions and answers, as well as some Delorean facts. I tried googling, but found lots of myths and opinions.

So I am wondering, if you knew nothing about the Delorean, what are some myths that should be busted and facts which should be shared?

Here's a few options of things to leave for people to read while you aren't next to the car. Well, maybe not the Bingo card, or the certificate of originality... you shoud probably keep those ones to yourself.

Is the show in Clewiston? Will you be attending the tech day in Lauderdale in April?

When is tech day? I didn?t know there was one? I might be traveling for work, but if I am home I will attend.

I just agree with them, "Yeah it's aluminum, yup the v12 model, oh you had one in the 70's, yeah it's under powered cuz it weighz 12000 lbs, that's right machined out of a single piece of stainless, you like the paint job because it looks like metal". Some people used to think they cost 100k, guess that's not to far off now.

Actually some boats had bilge pumps powered by prv engines, so the boat engine one isn't wrong.

I've been carrying the bingo card and Certificate of Originality since 2013. Most people laugh, a few keep on arguing.
