Nice, that's the original 'Putsch Performance' one made by Casey Putsch, still with its original decals.

I also have than one (all be it on a shelf somewhere as it was a very early one which didn't really fit all that well onto the metering head).

Those originals are a couple of mm thinner/lower than the later ones that JH produced, so they typically fit better under the engine cover, the later JH ones often (though not always probably due to car to car variation) used to hit the engine cover when you lowered it down.
