I have just finished a rebuild and got 6380 back on the road. A few minor issues one of which is the fuel guage points straight up and doesn't move no matter how much fuel is in the car. Any ideas?

It's most likely your fuel sending unit. Your should look at that first.

you can unplug it and jumper/short it with a piece of wire. I forget which 2 (middle and top I think)
If you gauge moves to empty your sender is pooched.
I had the same issue.
Seems like a lot of fuel senders are giving up this month!
