Does anyone know what ever happened to all of these posters that KAPAC use to have? I asked this same question on the DML back in 2008 and don't recall an answer.
After the first DCS Show 1998 in Cincinnati there was a group caravan to the KAPAC warehouse that was just purchased by Stephen to be moved to Houston. While there I saw a stack of these posters at least 4 to 5 inches thick.
After the move & inventory down to Houston, I have never seen them for sale on delorean.com. Did something happen and they were ruined in transit? Thrown away? Lost? Do you remember these James?

Jerry Rine may have them (high probability we won't see them for a very long time) or they were all given away. I asked James a month or two ago and he said he does not have them.

He did not elaborate anymore than that?
I remember some DML posts about a few derelicts who stole some items while on the tour in Columbus after the DCS show. Maybe they tucked the posters under their shirts on the way out?

I was on that warehouse tour and bought a poster. After I bought it Steve W noticed it was damaged. On closer inspection most had some damage and he mentioned he really wasn't happy selling damaged merchandise. I didn't mind but maybe they threw the rest of them away. The poster is kind of large to "tuck under" your shirt! As I recall there was a LOT of damaged/returned warranty parts and I asked about buying some. At the time I was told none of it was for sale and it wasn't worth moving to Texas. The word was they were going to scrap a lot of the junk to avoid having to spend money to ship "junk".

James did elaborate, but I'll let him be more detailed; in any event, they do not have the posters.

Those posters don't come up for sale very often. The last one that showed up on ebay in about 2004 was purchased by me. Between purchasing the poster and having it framed, I spent close to $500. A former owner near me just sold his, (it was already framed) for $200 to another local owner who didn't have one. A screaming deal, IMO. For those that like to have everything DMC related, this is a must.
I wouldn't call that a replica of the KAPAC poster. Inspired by it, yes, but I am fairly certain none of the imagery or wording is the same. It has a similar layout, but it looks to me like someone wanted to recreate that poster without actually having one to reference.
Might get one of those though, for $18 that's not bad

You are not far off.
I actually created that poster about 12 years ago as an "updated" version of the poster. . . all I had at the time was a 3 x 5 picture of the original poster. Was going for a similar but updated look. to include some of the publications that came out after the demise of DMC.
