Nice job and "juck" to the old filter. Can you tell how much the brace was?

The way I see it, if you're gonna drive around in a car, why not do it with some style?

What was that in the housing?
    Thanks,

I like the video. Is that a microphone into a GoPro? What kind of mike?
Thanks! It's a Go Pro Hero 3 Black Edition, with a cheap but effective external microphone I got from amazon. I mounted it off the license plate bezel and had it sitting on the fascia between the tailpipes, so it was relatively buffered from the wind and could capture a decent sound without going super expensive.

Replaced all the door marker lights with LED's, put the binnacle back in with all new LED's, and fired her up. My fantastic cold start problem is back, so it looks like I have more testing to do.

I stripped, sanded, and primed my sway bar brackets. I'm glad I saved the old brake fluid, as it is great to strip the paint off these small parts. One week in a jar and the paint falls right off. Might as well use the negative properties of the fluid to my advantage. Next is 2-3 coats of the satin black top coat, and then on to the sway bar.

They are $299 + Shipping. I never did find a link from their site, but Misty sent me this to order it from:

I have no clue. I got the car about 6 weeks ago. I think some little creature was trying to make a home. I drove it like 1,500 miles going to DCS and never noticed anything weird.

WOW - that's shocking, as there appears to have been quite a bit of crap in there.

I had something like that in my DD air filter airbox. And about 10% of the underhood noise insulation was missing.

    Is yours maybe seat foam?

Reinstalled my binnacle with all new LED's, pulled vacuum on the AC system and held it for 12 hours...woop! Time to charge it up!
