Got it smogged. I am always floored by how well it does. In California, the emissions testing is graded on a sliding scale - so a newer car is held to much stricter standards than an older one. I smogged my 2006 Acura today as well - #2100 would have passed even by the standards my 2006 is judged by. All but the 15 MPH NO reading, the D was about 100 PPM too high to pass that by 2006 standards.

The way I see it, if you're gonna drive around in a car, why not do it with some style?

This is a forum short for "me, too!", or "I want to know this as well."

Did the same thing to my car a few months ago. I now converted all lights on the car (except auto shifter bulb, battery and, of course, headlights) to LED and I love the less strain on the battery and all involved relays. I even left the doors open on a car show and I got countless people walking over telling me that the lights are on. I had no significatn impact on the battery and the car started up fine after a long day of doors open with LEDs on.

I think LEDs are a must for older cars. I also did a complete conversion of my 1990 VW camper van and I love these superbrightLED LEDs and their minimal power drain.
