Yeah, my budget didn't really allow me too many choices. It was either buy cheap new, or buy good used, and I went with the latter.
Got the rear drivers side in tonight. Thought I could do both rears in one evening, but things were corroded more than I thought. Might have the other side done before Dulles C&C. Not sure if I'll have time to go or not.

It's nice to have better brakes. However, if you've ever seen the the video of what the the LCAs go through when the brakes are applied I would also suggest you upgrade the LCA's with heavier versions and add LCA support braces.

Installed new outer door seals on 4194 and installed a passenger door sill negative on 5052.
Tomorrow night I'm rebuilding 4194's rear brake calipers.

On Tuesday and Wednesday nights I rebuilt 4194's rear brake calipers. In addition to rebuilding the calipers, I also replaced the bridge pipes. I also reconnected a handbrake cable which had disconnected from the bracket on the handle.
Next week I'm planning on replacing all of 4194's coolant and heater hoses.
