Tigger has been my copilot in every car I have owned since the 90's. I can't even remember where I got him, I think my GF at the time won him for me in one of those crane games. He used to stay in the cargo net until his service as a pilot in my air force (seriously the plane looked like it was made for him...so I had to draft him) After I sold the jet, he returned to my car but this time with honor as the gear shift guardian.

This is what I did to my transmission selector (small strip of LEDs). It distributes the light quite nicely and every letter is nice and bright (and the red selection indicator can actually be seen). The only issue I had to address was light 'leakage' around the edges of the letter strip.

The interior light journey is complete although I may swing by the hobby store tomorrow and pick up another trim sheet and do the gear letters in green. Next up, all exterior LEDs.

Now that looks really nice Michael and lights up extremely well and does that automatic shifter Justice is night. Have you thought about changing out the light bulbs behind your hazard light and headlight switch? I put a green one in my headlight switch to kind of match the green indicator in the instrument cluster.

    Michael,

Looks like your Headlight switch cap is pretty worn. I recall someone was making new overlay decals to spruce up worn switches. I just don't recall who it was. I think it is someone in the UK or EURO though.
