I don't always drive cars, but when I do, I prefer DeLoreans

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"

Drove the DeLorean up to Target yesterday for a little bit of shopping. It was parked at the end of the isle closest to the store (you couldn't miss it if you were driving through there) so naturally there was a little crowd around her. By the time I got close all but one guy and his girlfriend were still standing there. I could have sworn I heard him tell his girlfriend "you see those little windows (referring to the toll booth windows), they are removable.". Then when I get up there of course I get the whole cool car, can I take a picture, etc. Then he tells me "you know John Delorean doesn't have the rights to these anymore". Yea, no s**t Sherlock, he's dead!

I'll be honest, I'd be asking the same exact question if I hadn't have read elsewhere that you hooked up a bicycle shift cable to your carburetor throttle switch as a, and I quote, "redneck cruise control". It's a great idea, actually, but I've never seen or heard of any other setups like that as of yet (although I'm sure they exist somewhere).

That's just plain stupidity. Go up a few posts and you'll see that it is a Capacitator, not a Compacitator. Don't you just HATE ignorance?

They should think before blaring comments out like that. Comical, but kind of frustrating to hear. I don't like to correct people, but I had to as he was having a good laugh about it.

Still got heaps of comments about the car being aluminium, having a clear coat, owner must had forgot to paint it, if I had one, I'll deck it out with all the fusion shit, etc.

And I had an A3 laminated spec sheet stuck on the windshield which they didn't bother to read it BEFORE commenting incorrect facts.

You are assuming they can read.

You could be on to something there. Some didn't look too bright between the ears.
