Thumbs up Passenger window not woking

Well It's that time of the year again, winter, and I decide to fix something that doesn't work.

It was like that when I bought the car, The passenger side window doesn't go down, I can hear the motor spinning freely, but the window doesn't move... So I open the inside of the Door...To find !!! Check the picts:

    Wood.
So pulled the window out to have a closer look....

    Again a DPO FIX !!!
    I just cant believe it....

So what do I need ?
Is my motor still good ?
Do I need to change the window tracks ?
Do Ineed to align these track ?

    Hey Marty,

Get the replacements from A1 electric. If you search the site or the internet you'll find them.

I think they only come in pairs, but if you're still on the original in other door (and given this information I'm sure you are) you'll want to keep the other on hand.

Install them and see where you're at. I found my track just needed some fresh white lithium grease.

Man I wished John D would have went with the manual sliding window.
My pass side stops a inch short and requires a little help to go all the way up. I took it apon myself to try and fix it and lets just say it got bloody. WEAR GLOVES.
Since I rarely use the window and have read of horror stories about the glass falling inside the door and just all over what a pita it is, I gave up.
    Tempted to try again

Great job, sounds like you had to pay a little sacrifice but im sure it was worth it.
eBay selling at it's best I can tell you stock Delorians and quite a bit of slugs so the Turbo is a super nice up-grade.
