    Where to purchase EFI

Has anyone been able to find a place to buy an assembled Megasquirt 2 for under $435?

If you want a pre-assembled unit for less than that, you're very likely going to have to go with Megasquirt I.

Don't be afraid to assemble one yourself, as long as you have a decent soldering iron with a good fine point tip.

It takes a while but it's VERY easy. Plus you get the added bonus of being intimately familiar with the whole unit instead of treating it as a 'magical lightning box'.

Assembled units are universally more expensive. I agree with Mike, but I'd point out that MSII offers a lot more coolness than MSI, and is just a better product overall. It's worth the extra dough.
