Any DeLorean goodness take place?

Matt (freeside's resident welding expert) began the repair on 2930's rust damage. He couldn't get to the actual welding, but he cut a nice hole in it and removed most of the bad stuff. It was a hole all the way through on both sides. He's going to replace both plates.

He thinks it rusted there because there's a place for moisture to enter the 'tube' through a hole, but no drain hole for it to exit. There was a good bit of debris inside that little cubby.

I'm waiting on my POR-15 to come in.

He also helped me with my brakes. I'm still debating if I should rebuild them myself or send them to John.
