I'm looking at the DMC cover. My car is spending a lot of time outside while 2991 gets finished up. Even though I know it spent years in the Arizona desert, it pains me to see it out in the elements.

Still not a lot of feedback on here about the DMC cover. If anyone would like to chime in on how it holds up outside as well as the above question about machine washable-ness that would be greatly appreciated.

If it's good the price certainly can't be beat.

I have the walmart one. Think it's made by "buldge". It goes on my car every winter for the last 11 seasons and still works fine. Cheap and doesn't fit like a custom but does the trick.

Good to know. Walmart may be the answer (as it often is).

No chance wind blows it off? Does it have grommets for ties?

It comes with grommets, yes. But if I remember correctly you just have to install them yourself. Used the cover in high winds myself a few times with bungee cords pulling the grommets together and never had a problem.

Size #2 is what you want, and even lists the DeLorean on the box.

These ones are 100% water proof, carry a 5 year warranty, have free shipping and are priced the same as DMC's
