It’s been a few years. Is there any hope of getting one of these Dealer Signs these days?

I think Dave said they are no longer making them but I did finish mine several years ago. Still going strong. Complete instructions here:

I strayed away from 100% scale since I split my design 50/50 rather than 60/40 and I didn't use a stainless background but others have built their signs 100% to the original.

Thanks! Here are a couple photos from right after I built it. I hung it on my garage wall and plugged it into a motion activated switch, so whenever I enter the garage it turns on. The vinyl used contains aluminum so it is a real metallic look. It is 1/3 scale (about 4 feet wide) and the frame is less than 2" thick which is perfect for easy hanging.

One of you should offer to make these for sale. I would totally "prepay" for one!

Another great thing about these smaller signs is they fit in the trunk and when you consider they are 12v DC ready, you can have an awesome display sign at your next night cruise in. I use a jumper box which doubles as a sign rest giving me a wireless display sign on the fly.

DMCH has never been very supportive of individuals selling merch with their logo on it without a contract in place. I don't think something like this could be built and sold by an enthusiast without risking a lawsuit. Even if they didn't care, the time this took would price it beyond what most would want to pay for a replica.
That is a great idea! I don't think mine is small enough to fit in the trunk, that would be nice.
