DCF Tool Lending....

Hey everyone, Don here. On some other car forums we have a tool renting/lending for specific OEM tools. I didn't see on here for DCF but hey, doesn't hurt to start one.

I know some of us have the torsion bar jig and tools needed. Plus the expertise to do so. We could list what we have and what we know here to help each other out.

I'll start it off for what I have for tools and experience


Snap-On TechWrench Torque Wrench ( 5-100 ftlbs, ft-in, Nm, and Angle) Useful for properly torqueing bolts. Calibrated in '08, getting it recalibrated soon

I figure my torque wrench I just got will be useful for some of us here that need to do angular stuff.

The only tool I can think of that most of you guys might not have is a hog ring plyer. But then again you only need them for redoing your seats. Instead of offering the tool, how about I offer my service of redoing the seats? I've done 4 cars now using DMCH's skins. All I ask is for an exchange of service or parts. I open this to anyone in the DCF. Mike, I still owe you for sorting my electrical.
