Finally throwing my interest into the ring. Any updates on this project? I'm particularly interested in this design of yours from post 93:
This seems like the best "stock-looking" option that doesn't sacrifice any space outside the faceplate and can keep all the OEM controls.

Just saw this post, great work but did you ever get the 30 people you were looking for to finally build some units to sell? I too would be interested.
No I never did, I just got 4.
I will start it off with just a few kits, then see where it goes on from there.
