Where can I get this part locally?

So apparently I need to order a few of these parts and really don't want to have to pay overnight or 2 day shipping for these little things. Anyone know what they are and if there is something I could get locally at a hardware store that would suffice? Here is a link to the part I need:

It is part# SP10169. Thanks in advance!

Yep, those things are easy to find. Do you have an Ace hardware? I know for sure they have them, but Lowes, etc probably do as well. It's called a "speed nut" - ask the person in the hardware section and they will know what you mean. Bring the screw that has to fit into it to be sure you get the right-ish size (they're sort of universal and self adjust, to a point)

Yep, that easy If you have one of the nuts you can bring along to compare it would help, if not just keep that picture in mind - they come in many different styles.
